Get Involved

Whether you have a lot of time or hardly any time, there are several ways to get involved with the US-Africa Network:

Sign up for updates:  When signing-up for email from the US-Africa Network, there are two options you can choose from:

1) Sign up for the Network Info Exchange for sharing relevant background articles and action alerts on current African issues.

This listserv is for exchange of insightful articles, policy reports, and action opportunities among participants in the US-Africa Network. Membership for listserv is open and anyone can sign up. Members can share material that would be of wide interest among those who support the broad mission of the Network. Feel free to include important press releases or other material from your own organizations related to the US-Africa Network issues, as well as material that you receive and want to pass on.

2) I support the goals of the Network and want to receive occasional updates on Network activities, including relevant events and actions.

See archive of past mailings.

Donate

Contributions made to the US-Africa Network go directly to projects that include coordinating efforts of volunteers. Funds raised go for part-time staff and for expenses for bringing participants together for in-person meetings. For more information, visit: http://www.usafricanetwork.org/donate/

Social Media

Find the US-Africa Network online and connect with us by following @USANetwork on Twitter and “Like” USAN on Facebook.  These tools allow to reach a wider audience with strategic information and analysis on African issues. Currently USAN is emphasizing postings on priority issues including Ebola, climate justice, tax justice, and combating stereotypes about Africa. You can help change the social media narratives by sharing these updates.
